today i tell you about true beauty
its a poem written by *Thomas Carew*

Some information about the poet:

Thomas Carew was born at West Wickham in 1595.

He was corish blood. His father,  sir Matthew was a master in Chancery.

Thomas was educated at Corpus Christ  College ,Oxford. He had a diplomatic career. He became Secretary to sir Dudley Carlton at Venice and later for a short time at the Hague. He won the favour of king Charles and appointed to an office at his court and received an estate from him. He died in 1639, when he was courtier.

Poem

He that loves a rosy cheek
Or a coral lip admires,
Or from star -like eyes doth seek
Fuel to maintain his fires;
As old time makes these decay,
So his flames must waste away.

But a smooth and steadfast mind,
Gentle thoughts, and calm desires,
Hearts with equal love combined,
Kindle never- dying fires:
Where these are not, I despise
Lovely cheeks or lips or eyes.

The poem is a fine example of meticulous craftsmanship of Thomas Carew

What is MOTIVATION..

Motivation is the reason for people's actions, desires, and needs. Motivation is also one's direction to behavior, or what causes a person to want to repeat a behavior. An individual is not motivated by another individual. Motivation  wecomes from within the individual. Motivation can be conceived of as a cycle in which thoughts influence behaviors, behaviors drive performance, performance affects thoughts, and the cycle begins again. Each stage of the cycle is composed of many dimensions including attitudes, beliefs, intentions, effort, and withdrawal which can all affect the motivation that an individual experiences. Most psychological theories hold that motivation exists purely within the individual. The natural system assumes that people have higher order needs, which contrasts with the rational theory that suggests people dislike work and only respond to rewards and punishment. Hii Friends मैं Kartik Sharma आज आप सभी को एक एेसे इंसान के बारे में बताने जा रहा हूँ । जिसने मुझे भी  जिंदगी को जीने का एक नया तरीका सिखाया जी हां Friends मैं आप सभी को आज Gyanendra Singh Chahar के बारे में बताने जा रहा हूँ । 26 जुलाई 1997 को Gyanendra Singh Chahar का इस संसार मे स्वागत हुआ । इनको प्यार से इनके दोस्त Gyanu और इनसे छोटे Gyan भाई कहकर पुकारते है । ये एक अच्छे इंसान होने के साथ एक अच्छे समाज सेवक और खिलाड़ी भी है इन्होंने कई खेलों जैसे Football, Weight lifting, और Badminton मे कई पुरस्कार जीते हैं । ये 1 जनवरी 2018 से 31 जनवरी 2018 तक चले NSS के Republic day camp का भी भाग रहे इन्होंने 26 जनवरी 2018 को राजपथ पर होने वाली परेड मे भाग लिया ।। Gyan भाई कहते life एक बार मिलती है तो इसे अपनी मेहनत से और अपने जीने के तरीके से एेसा बना दो की दुनिया तुम्हें सलाम करें Gyan भाई एक बात और कहते है कि जिंदगी मुश्किलें तो बहुत आती है और सबके। जीवन में अाती है पर जो इंसान मुश्किलों को हँसकर संभाल लेता वही अपनी मंजिल तक पहुंच पाता है और मैंने Gyan भाई से यही बात सिखी है कि...
